Autostrade per l'Itala and C&S Credit Management AG

Recently Ive got a letter from C&S Credit Management (AG) from Küsnacht . According to them I didnt pay some
street-taxes while I took a trip to Italy. They assumed me to drive through some gates without paying those taxes and they even got 'evidence' and sent me a link to those pictures:

c&s credit management 2

But, there are some 'false assumptions' in it, they accused me for stuff I have never done: I never owned this
Triumph Speed Triple, I never owned this licence plate ZH 3* and I took never a trip with any bike trough Italy in 2007 or anytime else. So, if you get a bill from C&S Credit Management you should not pay this(those) bill(s) right away, they could charge you even if your not involved in any way with this case. Ive got charged for about 300.- for something I havent done, I truly think that this is quite adacious. I'm still waiting for a excuse of this office.

Now Ive got a written document from the traffic-department of Switzerland proofing my statement. The strangest part of it is that the owner of the bike that got pictured already died in 2009. Do they send those bills to anyone they want, just like shuffle play with some bikers?

If you experienced any similar 'story' just contact me.
